Yes, some of our advanced protective products are regulated by U.S. and Canadian export control laws for national security reasons. This means that if you are ordering from outside of North America, your purchase may require an export license before we can ship it, which can sometimes add to the processing time.

We are proud to be a North American manufacturer with our own state-of-the-art facilities located in both the United States and Canada.

Many of our products, including our respirators and cold-weather boots, are available to the public and can be purchased here on our site. Some of our more specialized equipment is restricted to military, law enforcement, and other professional organizations.

Generally, you may return your order for a full refund (subject to a restocking fee) where the ordered goods are returned in the same condition as originally received and within 30 days from date of delivery. Please see our return policy here for further information.

NIOSH, The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, is the U.S. government body that sets the standard for respiratory protection. When you see "NIOSH Approved" on our products, it's your guarantee that the respirator/filter has passed a rigorous series of tests for filtration, fit, and durability. It certifies that you are getting the highest level of quality and protection. Please note, products can be individually NIOSH certified and product combinations can be NIOSH certified. A filter that is NIOSH certified and a mask that is NIOSH certified does not necessarily guarantee the combo is NIOSH certified. For specific questions please contact us.

Both are fantastic choices for extreme cold, but they are designed for different conditions.

ThermoBoss™ is our latest and improved boot designed for comfort while still holding up to the toughest conditions.

Note: To avoid the improper forming and/or maintenance of a tight-fitting seal between our protective face-pieces and your face, we strongly recommend keeping yourself free of facial hair, sideburns, bangs and headwear. In short, we recommend that you be clean shaven and/or have your hair pulled back for sizing and using the respirator to ensure an appropriate seal.
